Booking Terms

• Office hours 8am - 6pm daily
• All bookings must be secured by a deposit of 40% of the total bookin,; otherwise the booking will lapse after 14 days
• Deposits can be made via phone, using Mastercard or Visa, or by sending a cheque or money order
• The balance of the tariff must be paid in full on arrival. NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED ON ARRIVAL
• Check in after 2.00pm. Check out no later than 10.00am
• A cleaning fee may be charged if the accommodation is not left in a reasonable condition
• No refunds for cancellations for Christmas or Easter holidays. Cancellations received in writing for other periods must be at least four weeks prior to the booking date and refunds will be less a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to a booking will forfeit the deposit.
• Tariffs and Deposits are not refundable if you shorten your stay. For unavoidable cancellations the total deposit will be held for 6 months for a future stay.
• Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site or cabin number if necessary after booking. (We try to keep every camper happy and not do this.
• Guests booking cabins are required to either provide credit card details or leave cash refundable security deposit on arrival. 
• NO PETS IN PARK OWNED ACCOMODATION, ONLY ON SITES. NO PETS DURING CHRISTMAS OR EASTER HOLIDAYS WITHOUT PARK APPROVAL. PLEASE ASK THE MANAGER IF YOU MAY BRING YOUR PET FOR OTHER HOLIDAYS.
