• OFF SEASON = Remainder of the year (including July School Holidays).
• MID = Easter & Non Christmas School Holidays (except July).
• PEAK = Christmas School Holidays Only.

• All bookings must be secured by a deposit of 40% of the total booking; otherwise the booking will
  lapse after 14 days.
• Deposits can be made via 'phone, using Mastercard or Visa, or by cheque.
• The balance of the tariff must be paid in full on arrival. Christmas Holiday payments are preferred prior to arrival.
• Check in after 2.00pm. Check out no later than 10.00am.
• A cleaning fee may be charged if the accommodation is not left in a reasonable condition.
• Sorry NO PETS, during SCHOOL HOLIDAYS OR SUMMER LONG WEEKENDS.
• No refunds on cancellations for Christmas or Easter Holidays.
• Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if you shorten your stay.
• Cancellations received in writing, at least 4 weeks prior to booking, will be refunded less a
  $50.00 administration fee.
• Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking, will forfeit the deposit.
• Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site or villa number if necessary, after booking.
